    Energy Optimization

    The design process starts with the creation of a thermodynamic building model — steady-state or dynamic — with hourly calculation of summer and winter thermal loads and customized profiles for power, lighting and occupancy.

    • Steady-state and dynamic thermodynamic modelling at 3 levels of accuracy
    • Basic calculation (Green Building Studio), advanced (Energy Plus) and detailed (TRNSYS)
    • Life Cycle Costing (LCC) analysis for evaluating lifecycle costs

    Indoor Comfort

    HVAC systems are the primary means of ensuring indoor comfort. Techso designs systems that guarantee optimal conditions in every environment:

    • Thermo-hygrometric comfort: temperature and relative humidity control
    • Air quality: controlled mechanical ventilation and filtration
    • Acoustic comfort: selection of low-noise components

    Advanced Simulations

    For highly complex projects, Techso uses CFD (Computational Fluid Dynamics) modelling to simulate airflow patterns, calculate air velocities and evaluate surface temperatures for operative temperature assessment.
